Argh, the more I accomplish the less capable I feel at accomplishing the rest. Is that really fair?

This week was a bit hectic. My lack of sleep started to catch up with me, and I wasn’t feeling well for a few days. But I drank lots of water and caught a couple extra hours of sleep so – crisis averted!
